This Privacy Policy explains how BAEMUI, operating the GOSATÉ brand, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or use our services.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate our website, process orders, provide customer service, manage business accounts, and communicate with you.
Information you provide directly
- Name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and account login information.
- Order details, product selections, sample requests, custom order details, project inquiries, and customer support messages.
- Payment-related information required to confirm and process your payment. Full card or payment credentials are processed by payment service providers, not stored directly by us.
- Newsletter subscription information, including your email address and consent status.
Business account information
If you apply for or use a business account, we may collect additional information such as company name, business registration number, representative or contact person details, business address, tax invoice information, project or trade information, and documents reasonably required to verify business eligibility. At this time, business account registration is primarily operated for Korean businesses.
Automatically collected information
When you use our website, we may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, log data, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, and the date and time of access. We currently do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Naver/Kakao advertising pixels, or similar advertising tracking tools.
3. How We Use Information
- To create and manage accounts and business accounts.
- To process orders, payments, samples, shipping, returns, replacements, refunds, and customer support.
- To manufacture and fulfill print-on-demand wallpaper orders through our production and fulfillment partners.
- To respond to inquiries, custom production requests, trade inquiries, and commercial project requests.
- To send newsletters and marketing communications where you have subscribed or consented.
- To maintain website security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve our services.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting, e-commerce, consumer protection, and regulatory obligations.
4. Payments, Fulfillment, and Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our website and provide our services. These providers may process personal information only as necessary for their services.
- Payment providers: PayPal, KG INICIS, KakaoPay, Naver Pay, and related payment processing services.
- Website and commerce infrastructure: WordPress, WooCommerce, Cafe24, and related hosting or technical service providers.
- Newsletter service: Stibee. Newsletter subscription and unsubscribe functions are handled through Stibee or our newsletter management process.
- Sample shipping: Korea Post / EMS and other applicable delivery carriers.
- Wallpaper production and dropshipping fulfillment: Fancy Walls / Monetic LTD or its affiliated fulfillment entities and delivery partners.
For full wallpaper roll orders, GOSATÉ may transfer the information required for production and delivery, such as recipient name, delivery address, phone number, email address, order details, product type, quantity, and shipping information, to Fancy Walls and its delivery partners.
5. International Transfers
Because we serve international customers and use overseas payment, newsletter, production, and shipping providers, your personal information may be transferred to or processed in countries outside your country of residence, including Korea, the European Union, the United States, and other countries where our service providers operate.
We take reasonable measures to ensure that such transfers are made only for legitimate business purposes, such as order fulfillment, payment processing, customer support, legal compliance, and newsletter delivery.
6. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your location and the nature of the processing, we process personal information on one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, steps taken before entering into a contract, your consent, compliance with legal obligations, protection of our rights and security, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services.

We do not currently use advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. If we introduce analytics or advertising tools in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

Order, payment, tax, accounting, consumer dispute, and e-commerce transaction records may be retained for the periods required under applicable Korean laws and regulations. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless retention is required by law.
